PRIVACY POLICY
Which rules apply when we process your personal data to provide our services?

Which personal data is processed?
We process all personal data collected directly from the data subject, including documents containing it, that is necessary for the development and performance of our relationship, as well as data of other data subjects. "Data subject" includes anyone who is a patient, a patient's family member, a beneficiary of our services, a participant and/or a third party who establishes a particular, contractual or service relationship with us.
Where personal data is provided by someone other than the data subject, the person providing it is responsible for informing the data subject in advance and for obtaining their consent where this is necessary for us to process it.

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
Depending on the type of relationship we have with you, processing will be based on one of the following: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR); performance of a contract to which you are a party, or pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b); compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c); protection of your vital interests or those of another natural person (Art. 6.1.d); or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). When your data is collected you will be informed of the specific legal basis. The personal data requested is optional; if you do not provide it we will not be able to attend to your request or provide the service requested.
How long do we keep personal data?
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that might arise from that purpose, in addition to the periods established by records and documentation legislation. When your data is collected you will be informed of the retention period.
Who do we share your data with?
As a general rule, personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless legally required. When your data is collected you will be informed of any such disclosures.
Transfers to third countries
No transfers of data to third countries are planned. If a processing activity should require one, you will be informed when your data is collected.
