Welcome to the López de Fez Psychology Centre.
The Centre was founded by psychologist Alicia López de Fez, who leads an experienced team of psychologists and sexologists in Valencia, where the Centre is based. It is registered with the Health Registry of the Valencian Community and meets every requirement and guarantee.
Our mission: to help people who need it regain their emotional balance and quality of life, living up to our motto: committed to your wellbeing.
How we do it: through personalised therapy, because every person, environment and set of circumstances is different. We work with the Centre's own therapeutic approach, which has given us very satisfactory results, teaching people techniques and resources to solve their problems and leave behind the tension, dissatisfaction, conflict or fear that stands between them and a fuller, more genuine sense of wellbeing.
We offer private psychology and sexology consultations in person at our Centre in Valencia, and also online therapy, so that people who cannot come to the Centre because of distance, mobility or any other reason can still work with our professionals.
Alicia López de Fez is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience and a regular contributor to the media. Together with her team of therapists and psychologists specialising in different areas (couples therapy, anxiety and depression, addictions, child psychology, sexology…), she works from Valencia to offer you the best service, trust and close, personalised care.

We would like to stress that there is nothing wrong with recognising that we need help and seeing a psychologist. Quite the opposite: it means acknowledging that we are facing a problem we cannot solve on our own, and that we have the will to overcome it. Nor is it something we do for life, any more than seeing a lawyer or any other professional is. Problematic thoughts and behaviours can be unlearned just as they were learned, making way for a better quality of life and emotional wellbeing.
